1. Introduction​

Welcome to the Finance Guide. This guide details the tools available for financial oversight, including billing management, subscription configuration, and revenue tracking.

2. Accessing the Finance Dashboard​

To access financial tools, you must have the Finance role.

  1. Navigate to the Billing page via the main navigation bar.
  2. If you do not see this link, ensure your account has the correct permissions.

3. Subscription Management​

Finance users can manage the subscription tiers available to users.

  • Create Tier: Navigate to the Subscription Tiers tab and click Add New Tier. Define the name, price, credit allocation, and features.
  • Edit Tier: Modify existing tiers to adjust pricing or credit amounts.
  • Delete Tier: Remove discontinued tiers.

4. Credit Economy Configuration​

Control the platform's virtual currency settings under the Credit Settings tab.

  • Exchange Rate: Set the "Price Per Credit" to determine how much users pay for credits.
  • Sign-up Bonuses: Configure the amount of free credits awarded to new users.
  • Monthly Top-ups: Set recurring credit grants for all users.
  • Low Balance Alerts: Configure thresholds for automated low-balance email notifications.

5. Revenue & Cost Reporting​

The platform provides detailed reports to track financial health.

  • Project Costs: View infrastructure costs incurred by user deployments.
  • Project Invoices: Download monthly PDF invoices for record-keeping.
  • Module Revenue: Track which modules are generating the most revenue.
  • User Revenue: Monitor revenue generation on a per-user basis.
  • Agent Revenue: (If applicable) Track commissions and revenue driven by agents.

6. User Credit Management​

Manually adjust user credit balances when necessary.

  1. Go to the Credit Management tab.
  2. Search for a user by email.
  3. Update their Awarded or Purchased credit balance.
